Cours enfants

Initiation ludique, bases classiques, éveil corporel sécurisé.

Formule Enfants (4–11 ans) : 1 cours de danse classique par semaine, travail ludique de la posture et de la musicalité, inscription au trimestre ou à l’année.

Cours ados

Technique académique, placement, sauts, tournants, confiance en scène.

Formule Ados (12–17 ans) : 1 à 2 cours hebdomadaires, perfectionnement de la technique académique, préparation éventuelle aux concours et aux portes ouvertes de l’école.

Cours adultes débutants

Souplesse, renforcement, danse classique adaptée aux adultes.

Formule Adultes : cours du soir tous niveaux, idéal pour reprendre la danse en douceur, entretenir souplesse et tonicité dans une ambiance bienveillante.

Adultes niveau intermédiaire

Perfectionnement, pointes, variations, préparation concours et auditions.

Cours Découverte : cycle court de 4 séances pour tester la danse classique sans engagement, conseillé avant une inscription à l’année pour les débutants.

Stages intensifs vacances

Semaine intensive, ateliers techniques, répertoire, expression scénique, mini spectacle.

Stages intensifs vacances : sessions de 3 à 5 jours pour progresser rapidement, avec barre, milieu, ateliers chorégraphiques et préparation de petits spectacles.
